Developed the curriculum to provide families basic literacy with their new computers; held recurring training sessions every third Saturday giving presentation and providing one on one support. Coordinated other training volunteers.

Answer student and faculty questions in person and via telephone regarding email configuration and troubleshooting, using online enrollment systems, malware, internet connectivity issues, scanning, office software, and multimedia in addition to miscellaneous questions. Also, cleaning malware/virus infected laptops.

HSU Campus Center for Appropriate Technology Webmaster 10/03 to 6/06
Converting new fliers and student articles to HTML, updating the calendar, writing scripts that allow the less technically savvy members of an organization update and utilize the web site more effectively, writing scripts that allow the general public to interact with CCAT with greater ease. Also provided general IT assistance.
